Fuchs Umwelttechnik at the Laser World of Photonics 2013 – 13.–16.05.13 in Munich

The Laser World of Photonics 2013 trade fair in Munich again offered an ideal presentation platform for Fuchs Umwelttechnik. We were able to meet many of our long-standing customers as exhibitors or visitors and make quality contacts with potential new customers in an uncomplicated and efficient way. The large number of visitors again this year gave us the opportunity to present our equipment to a wide professional public. Our special systems particularly drew great attention to our fair booth:

  • new flow-optimized extraction hood for extensive collection of fumes or gases. It can be integrated into housings or production plants
  • preseparation systems for separating fine and coarse particles or separating small parts on production lines
  • compact laser protection booth with integrated extraction and filtering technology. We are able to adapt very individually to our customers' applications
  • new spraying device with large spraying medium capacity. It is used for wet or sticky fumes and dusts. It can be retrofitted very easily to existing extraction systems
  • Spark quenching module for larger volumes of extracted air, e.g. for laser welding and cutting
  • our "Hybrid5000" extraction and filtering unit series has been extended by another more compact "Hybrid2000". Different types of pollutants can be extracted and filtered with one unit. For example in production lines, production plants or in the application laboratory

Our standard units have also been developed further and we were able to present interesting accessories for expanding the application possibilities:

  • our compact filtering units of the KKF type are now available like our MKF type with file combinations for contamination-free filter changin
  • our classic MKF now has a new housing type with a flat design which allows it to be installed under tables or workstations
  • all units with interchangeable filters are possible with filter combinations for use in clean-rooms
  • our proven oil mist separating module of the IFVAF1 type is now available in a more compact version with the type designation MKFVAF2. Both types can easily be retrofitted to existing extraction systems
