The trade fair stand – welcomingly open and with a friendly and attractive appearance – was well-attended by the visitors. Informative discussions developed, with consistently positive responses, about the product innovations of the INRVA , TKFVA and IF device series.
Keyword: extraction and filtering units 4.0. The newly developed communication module simplifies the operability not only of new devices, but also of older ones on request. Trade fair visitors can use a PC, tablet or smartphone to see a demonstration of the networked controllability. For a customer order, dusts and emissions that occur during the cutting and singling of printed circuit boards must be fully captured, reliably discharged and filtered into the appropriate extraction and filtering devices at six workstations – without interfering with the production process.
Together with the customer the engineers of Fuchs Umwelttechnik analyse all the details that are crucial for an efficient and trouble-free solution. In close consultation with their contacts, they develop and support the project from the initial conception to the finished part from the company’s own 3D printing department.
The result: the newly developed MZSDSO01. Thanks to its sophisticated air flow control, this extraction nozzle reliably captures dusts and emissions directly at their place of origin. Due to its inconspicuous integration into the machine’s saw carriage, it works without impairing the production processes. Together with the appropriate extraction and filtering device from Fuchs Umwelttechnik a unit is formed that is optimally adapted to the customer’s individual requirements.

The CCMT 2026 (Shanghai International Fair for CNC Machine Tool Components & Attachments) was held at the end of April 2026 in Shanghai, China, and is one of the world’s most important trade fairs for machine tools. Over an exhibition area with 20 halls and about 2,000 booths, the focus was on topics such as CNC technology, metal processing and intelligent production.
Fuchs Umwelttechnik were represented exclusively at the fair by their sales partner NUOSUN. Numerous professional visitors showed a strong interest in the subject of air purification and had the details of products from Fuchs Umwelttechnik explained to them on site by NUOSUN.
In addition, our partner NUOSUN made numerous contacts with Asian laser machine manufacturers. The talks provided an interesting insight into the requirements and perspectives of the Asian market which we will incorporate into our future planning.
On the whole, we can draw positive conclusions from the CCMT 2026: The visitors’ interest was great, the response positive in every respect and many valuable contacts with interesting manufacturers could be made. The fair therefore fulfilled all our expectations.
