Fuchs Umwelttechnik at the LASER WORLD OF PHOTONICS 2017
Fuchs Umwelttechnik at the LASER WORLD OF PHOTONICS 2017
"When speaking about extraction and filtering, the first thing that comes to mind is Fuchs Umwelttechnik". This is a quote from a customer at the Fuchs Umwelttechnik exhibition stand in Munich. This is a statement that is often heard, which aptly expresses the quality and philosophy of our range of devices. Whether in laser technology, plant engineering, ... or for machine manufacturers – positive experiences and associations always accompany the Fuchs Umwelttechnik name.
The trade fair stand – welcomingly open and with a friendly and attractive appearance – was well-attended by the visitors. Informative discussions developed, with consistently positive responses, about the product innovations of the INRVA , TKFVA and IF device series.
Keyword: extraction and filtering units 4.0. The newly developed communication module simplifies the operability not only of new devices, but also of older ones on request. Trade fair visitors can use a PC, tablet or smartphone to see a demonstration of the networked controllability. A digital step to maximum security with optimum usability of our devices at (almost) every point of our planet.
Our individual developments for more streamlined extraction hoods and nozzles also aroused great interest. With aerodynamically optimised solutions, we reduce acquisition and operational costs very effectively.
This leading world trade fair again shows that for Fuchs Umwelttechnik, setting new standards is a factor in always offering our customers the very best.
As an established equipper for the laser industry, Fuchs Umwelttechnik presented numerous new products and sophisticated extraction and filtering systems for air purification – developed specially for the widest variety of laser applications. Our company has stood for quality, innovation and sustainable solutions for more than four decades.
Fuchs Umwelttechnik's booth attracted large numbers of visitors for the duration of the fair. Professional visitors took the opportunity for intensive talks with our experts and obtained specific information about our systems – numerous guests to the Automatica also showed great interest in our solutions for mechanical engineering and robotics.
The positive feedback and the high demand endorse Fuchs Umwelttechnik in their claim to be the reference for air purification in laser processes. We would like to thank all our visitors and look forward to new projects and successful cooperation.
The new extraction plate for work benches or lab benches. Inconspicuous and highly efficient.
Solvent or adhesive vapours are escaping during your work at the lab bench which you should not inhale?
Or are you battling with ultra-fine particles which contaminate not only the working environment during your activities?
Whether solder fumes, solvent and adhesive vapours or ultra-fine particles – for the complete extraction of these pollutants, the engineers at Fuchs Umwelttechnik have developed the effective MKFAPL5 extraction plate, especially for installation into work benches or laboratory benches.
Installed flush with the bench surface, the extraction plate collects all emissions. The width of 90 cm ensures sufficient space here for a wide, safe working area. Individual dimensions are possible, of course.
MKFAPL5 – the new bench extraction plate: With professional competence and customer orientation, Fuchs Umwelttechnik once again supplies a sophisticated, useful solution for the protection of man and the environment.
High-quality 1.5 mm sheet steel version
Powder-coated in RAL 7035 ESD
Two NW 50 suction nozzles on rear or bottom
Dimensions L x W x H: approx. 900x100x100 mm

Fuchs Umwelttechnik is at the LASER WORLD of photonics 2025
The leading international fair "LASER World of PHOTONICS" will be presenting the full range of topics for photonics components, systems and applications in industry and research from the 24th to the 27th of June in Munich.
Fuchs Umwelttechnik will be there again – in Hall B3, Booth 320. Our engineers and technicians will be awaiting you at our new fair booth with individual solutions and sophisticated new development for the safe extraction and filtering of dangerous laser emissions.
A short preview of our new highlights:
- High emission volumes are safety routine for the new system solution INRV pre-separator with rotary airlock as automatic discharge.
- The LSKRS laser protection booth prevents the occurrence of all emissions during laser marking of passing coils and channels the pollutants to the suitable extraction and filtering device via the integrated collection.
- With an interactive demonstration, we present the defined separation for different particle sizes through the new double pre-separator.
Our competent team is looking forward to welcoming you. We will take time to answer your questions and discuss your individual wises on site.
