MKF450T.1 extraction unit with MKFAKRT extraction booth

Germ-free plasters! Dust-free production.

Dusts from cutting and perforation process of pharmaceutical active ingredient plasters and packings? Put your trust in the competence and long experience of Fuchs-Umwelttechnik for extraction and filtering.

Airborne emissions that occur in the further processing of pharmaceutical active ingredient plasters and packings are detected and filtered practically with MKF450T.1, the latest development from the company in Staig-Steinberg.

Problem recognised - problem solved! The optimum utilisation of flow technology allows the airborne emissions to be detected very effectively at the back of the extraction booth. Workpieces can be inserted easily into the booth, processed safely and removed again through a swinging strip curtain.

Two M5 filter bags precede the extraction unit in a separate lid module for pre-filtering of the fine dusts. The device can operate in circulating air mode thanks to a downstream floating particle filter of class H13.

Compact, ergonomic, flexible: Booth and extraction unit are installed one on top of the other to save space. Standard fitted castors allow mobile use of the MKF450T.1 over the whole production area.
