Examination results: 3 x pass for KKF320L, TKFD320 and MKF320

The place: The IFA, or to be more precise, the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV)
The candidates: KKF320L, TKFD320 and MKF320 – all mobile compact filter units developed by Fuchs Umwelttechnik
The subject: Welding fume filtration class W3

All three units were put through their paces in tests on their filtration performance, leakage resistance and screening efficiency. Following extensive and thorough test runs, the thumbs went up. The filter combinations are optimised for reliable and economic operation. The high-quality suction fans also put in an impressive performance in continuous duty.

The results: All three units passed and had their coveted DGUV test certificates renewed. The filtered air from these units can be routed back to the working area without any reservations as to safety and with due regard for the technical regulations for hazardous substances TRGS 560 in accordance with TRGS 528.

These certificates and our satisfied customers confirm the excellence of our work and the supremacy of our quality standards. We see 2017 as another year for us to lead the way in masterminding innovations and perfecting the results.

Laser World of Photonics 2025 – Strong appearance with future-oriented solutions
With a convincing appearance at the Laser World of Photonics 2025 , Fuchs Umwelttechnik sums up very positively on the whole. With more than 1,300 exhibitors, the leading international fair for photonics, laser technologies and optical systems offered a comprehensive round-up of the branch. The laser fair took place side by side with the Automatica which provided additional stimuli.

As an established equipper for the laser industry, Fuchs Umwelttechnik presented numerous new products and sophisticated extraction and filtering systems for air purification – developed specially for the widest variety of laser applications. Our company has stood for quality, innovation and sustainable solutions for more than four decades.

Fuchs Umwelttechnik's booth attracted large numbers of visitors for the duration of the fair. Professional visitors took the opportunity for intensive talks with our experts and obtained specific information about our systems – numerous guests to the Automatica also showed great interest in our solutions for mechanical engineering and robotics.

The positive feedback and the high demand endorse Fuchs Umwelttechnik in their claim to be the reference for air purification in laser processes. We would like to thank all our visitors and look forward to new projects and successful cooperation.

MKFAPL5
The new extraction plate for work benches or lab benches. Inconspicuous and highly efficient.
Soldering at a work bench and health-hazardous solder fumes are engulfing you?

Solvent or adhesive vapours are escaping during your work at the lab bench which you should not inhale?

Or are you battling with ultra-fine particles which contaminate not only the working environment during your activities?

Whether solder fumes, solvent and adhesive vapours or ultra-fine particles – for the complete extraction of these pollutants, the engineers at Fuchs Umwelttechnik have developed the effective MKFAPL5 extraction plate, especially for installation into work benches or laboratory benches.

Installed flush with the bench surface, the extraction plate collects all emissions. The width of 90 cm ensures sufficient space here for a wide, safe working area. Individual dimensions are possible, of course.

MKFAPL5 – the new bench extraction plate: With professional competence and customer orientation, Fuchs Umwelttechnik once again supplies a sophisticated, useful solution for the protection of man and the environment.

High-quality 1.5 mm sheet steel version

Powder-coated in RAL 7035 ESD

Two NW 50 suction nozzles on rear or bottom

Ingenious new solutions for eliminating laser emissions
Sophisticated new products for extracting pollution by laser emissions

Fuchs Umwelttechnik is at the LASER WORLD of photonics 2025

The leading international fair "LASER World of PHOTONICS" will be presenting the full range of topics for photonics components, systems and applications in industry and research from the 24th to the 27th of June in Munich.

Fuchs Umwelttechnik will be there again – in Hall B3, Booth 320. Our engineers and technicians will be awaiting you at our new fair booth with individual solutions and sophisticated new development for the safe extraction and filtering of dangerous laser emissions.

A short preview of our new highlights:

  • High emission volumes are safety routine for the new system solution INRV pre-separator with rotary airlock as automatic discharge.
  • The LSKRS laser protection booth prevents the occurrence of all emissions during laser marking of passing coils and channels the pollutants to the suitable extraction and filtering device via the integrated collection.
  • With an interactive demonstration, we present the defined separation for different particle sizes through the new double pre-separator.

Our competent team is looking forward to welcoming you. We will take time to answer your questions and discuss your individual wises on site.
